Grieving parents have pledged to carry on their daughter's name as they called for urgent change after she died suddenly.
Faye Irene Holden, known lovingly as Fifi, died suddenly and unexpectedly on January 10, leaving her family heartbroken. The one-year-old was a much-loved daughter and sister who was described as a "little dream" by her parents Jack Holden and Megan Sheils.
Megan, from Whiston, described Faye as being a "perfect" baby who loved music and loved to dance. But since her tragic death, her family and loved ones have been left heartbroken.
