Families can meet Santa while riding a Ferris Wheel this festive season.
Cheshire Oaks is set to host a range of festive events in the run up to Christmas, with its decorations already up and ready for people to visit. Among the Christmas activities is the new Santa in the Sky experience.
A huge new Ferris Wheel is opening at Cheshire Oaks from November 9, offering guests breath-taking views of the Cheshire skyline. The wheel will be located next to the centre’s Christmas tree, which is more than 100 ft tall.

From December, guests will also be able to 'take flight' with Santa as part of the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet’s first-ever Santa in the Sky activity. Families wishing to meet Santa will be able to ride the big wheel with Santa and his right-hand elf in a VIP, never-before-seen experience.
Afterwards, guests will be able to also enjoy a festive treat and a drink at the centre’s Winter Village as part of the ticket price. Cheshire Oaks’ Winter Village has undergone a makeover for 2022, with more indoor seating options now available in addition to the bookable Christmas huts for guests to snuggle up in while enjoying a festive drink.
The German Christmas market-inspired Alpine Lodge within the Winter Village offers everything from bratwurst to hot mulled wine and hot chocolate. From November 25, there will also be live performances from local acts, including gospel choirs, brass bands and other festive singers, at Cheshire Oaks.
