Fallen trees wreaked havoc in Wales as winds of up to 88mph ripped across the hardest-hit areas of the nation.
Parts of Wales were placed under a "rare" red alert between 7am and 12pm on Friday as the storm hit. Thousands of homes were left without power and the storm has caused extensive damage with roofs torn off buildings.
The red warning indicates a "significant danger to life", and covered the south Wales coast between Swansea and Chepstow, as well as parts of southwest England.

In its list of what to expect in areas covered by the red warning, the Met Office says "uprooted trees are likely" - and pictures reveal several trees fell victim to the strong winds.
Cardiff
In Rhiwbina, a tree estimated to be at least 70 feet fell on top of a house, causing damage to the roof, window and metal gate. You can read more about the incident here.
A tree outside Cardiff Magistrates' Court also took a battering and toppled onto the road.
Cars were damaged on Heathwood Road, after tree was snapped by high winds.
Another car was crushed in the morning by a fallen tree Boverton Street in Roath.
Swansea
A cluster of trees collapsed across a path in Singleton Park, ripping up a large chunk of the ground in the process. The blow also damaged a small water pipe, which leaked water, according to a witness.
Sketty Road also had a fallen tree.

The strong winds also uprooted a tree on Walter Road.
A fallen tree was also spotted at Murton Green.
Barry
A tree fell down on the A4050 road in Barry.
On Regent Street, a 10-year-old girl captured a hazardous tree being felled outside of her house at 12.45pm.
Cwmbran
Yet another tree fell into the middle of a road in Croesyceliog.
Pembrokeshire
In Sardis a tree at Sardis Congregation Church snapped in half onto power lines.
Meanwhile, in Begelly, another tree fell and completely blocked Parsonage Lane.
And in Hean Castle Estate in Saundersfoot, workers were pictured clearing a fallen tree.
A tree also fell on a parked car, narrowly missing adjacent houses in Melville Street, Pembroke Dock
The A478 in Narberth was blocked by fallen tree.
