The Atlanta Falcons listed quarterback Taylor Heinicke as questionable on the team’s final Week 12 injury report, but he’s officially active for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
With Heinicke active, Logan Woodside will serve as the team’s emergency third quarterback. Head coach Arthur Smith named Desmond Ridder the starting QB for the rest of the season, but Heinicke is still a valuable backup.
The Falcons will also be without wide receiver Mack Hollins, who will his second consecutive game due to an ankle injury. Look for KhaDarel Hodge to step up with Hollins sidelined in Week 12.
Sunday’s game kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Pick the winner of this Week 12 matchup in our Falcons fan poll below.
