The Atlanta Falcons have been poaching players and coaches from the Tennessee Titans left and right since hiring Arthur Smith as head coach in 2021. It now appears the Titans are giving the Falcons a taste of their own medicine.
As reported by CBS Sports insider Jonathan Jones, Tennessee is interviewing Atlanta’s quarterbacks coach, Charles London, for the team’s offensive coordinator vacancy.

London was hired to Smith’s staff after spending three years as the running backs coach for the Chicago Bears. During his two seasons in Atlanta, London has worked with Matt Ryan, Marcus Mariota and Desmond Ridder.
The Titans are looking for an offensive coordinator to replace Todd Downing. London would be a solid choice, and perhaps he could help develop quarterback Malik Willis, Tennessee’s third-round pick.
The Falcons have requested five interviews thus far in their search for Dean Pees’ replacement. Brian Flores, Al Holcomb and Jerry Gray are among those reportedly in consideration.
