The Atlanta Falcons didn’t hold a full practice on Tuesday, but the players went through a light walkthrough in preparation for Thursday’s prime-time matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The team released a new simulated injury report following Tuesday’s practice and four players were listed. Linebacker Troy Andersen did not participate for the second day in a row and his status appears to be in jeopardy for Week 5.
Running back Bijan Robinson was limited due to a hamstring injury along with right tackle Kaleb McGary, who’s still recovering from a knee injury. Wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud (ankle) was also limited on Tuesday’s practice report.
Falcons Week 5 injury report:
Player | Injury | Mon | Tue | Wed | Status |
Troy Andersen | Knee | DNP | DNP
Kaleb McGary | Knee | LP | LP | ||
Bijan Robinson | Hamstring | LP | LP
Ray-Ray McCloud | Ankle | LP | LP |
The Falcons signed linebacker Rashaan Evans to the practice squad on Tuesday to help add some depth after Andersen’s injury. Since Nate Landman is on the injured reserve list, don’t be surprised to see Evans elevated for Week 5.
