Workers at a factory in Liverpool say they will strike following the dismissal of a union representative.
Employees of the Liverpool branch of a worldwide company called The Envases Group which produces metal and glass packaging, have announced twelve days of strike action this month.
Those planning to strike are members of the workers union Unite. They claim their representative, John Williams was dismissed after "standing up for the Unite members at the factory."
