On the BBC’s Today programme on May 19, from around two hours and 21 minutes, Business and Trade Secretary Jonathan Reynolds said the UK’s youth mobility arrangements with other countries reduce net migration.

Asked “how do you know there will be fewer people coming here than leaving?” Mr Reynolds said: “Well, I’ve got 13 schemes in action already and that’s the evidence of them.”
