These are the faces of a pair of killer brothers who battered a security guard to death in an early hours attack near a shopping centre.
Jay and Joseph Byrne admitted the manslaughter of Christopher Molloy, who died in hospital a week after being attacked near to Bootle Strand. But a jury at Liverpool Crown Court today, Thursday, cleared them of murder.
A 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was unanimously found guilty of murdering 55-year-old Mr Molloy however. They will return to the court to be sentenced in March.
