Fabio Paratici's overhaul behind the scenes at Tottenham Hotspur is starting to create new opportunities as the north London club aim to raise their level on and off the pitch.
football.london reported back in November that Spurs managing director of football, having arrived in north London in July, had begun to undertake a thorough evaluation process of all of the departments that linked into the football side of the club in order to raise them to those levels he had been used to at Juventus for more than a decade.
As part of that overall process, the 49-year-old Italian and the club's technical performance director Steve Hitchen began undertaking an overhaul of Tottenham's scouting set-up and network to ensure it becomes one of the game's best.
