It is expected to be a very busy day at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with incomings and outgoings taking place in N17.
In terms of players heading in through the door, Juventus duo Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur look on course to join the club as Fabio Paratici looks to solve a couple of troublesome positions for Antonio Conte.
Tottenham have already seen Dilan Markanday join Blackburn Rovers on a permanent deal this month, as well as Kion Etete, Jack Clarke and Nile John heading out on loan, and more are expected to exit before the transfer window slams shut.
So which Tottenham players need to be on the move ahead of the 11pm transfer deadline? football.london takes a look.
Joe Rodon
The Wales international still remains at the club despite talk about a January exit for quite some time.
Only featuring in seven games in all competitions for Spurs this season, it may only be in the FA Cup where the 24-year-old gets a chance in the remaining months following their elimination in both the Europa Conference League and Carabao Cup.
As Cristian Romero will be available once again after a long injury layoff due to a hamstring injury sustained in November, Rodon desperately needs a move to come to fruition as he looks to get some regular minutes under his belt.
Dele Alli
Alli also needs to secure a move away before the transfer deadline as opportunities are currently limited for him at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Without a place in Conte's favoured setup, the 25-year-old was left out of the matchday squad entirely for their last Premier League fixture away at Chelsea.
The attacking midfielder has been linked with a January switch to Everton but a deal would have to be permanent now with Donny van de Beek set to take up their final loan spot from a fellow Premier League club.
Giovani Lo Celso
Like Alli, Lo Celso also found himself out of Conte's plans for the 2-0 defeat away at Chelsea.
The versatile midfielder has struggled with a variety of different injuries during his time in the capital and it has subsequently limited his availability under the new head coach.
The Argentina international has been linked with a loan switch to Villarreal.
Bryan Gil
Gil only joined Tottenham in the summer but already looks set to return to his homeland on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.
Valencia appears to be his next destination and the hope is that he will play week in, week out as game time has been limited for the player since his move to Tottenham from Sevilla.
Tanguy Ndombele
Amid talk of a return to France and a switch to Paris Saint-Germain, Ndombele now looks set to return to former club Lyon.
The French international just isn't in Conte's plans and hasn't made a matchday squad since his substitution against Morecambe at the start of January.
Lyon currently sit 11th in Ligue 1 but are only four points off Strasbourg in fourth and they do crucially have a game in hand.
Matt Doherty
This one may all depend on whether Tottenham manage to bring in a new right wing-back ahead of this evening's transfer deadline.
Missing out on Adama Traore after he swapped Wolves for Barcelona, Paratici now has limited time left to bring in a new player for the position.
If Spurs don't manage to strengthen at right wing-back then Doherty will fight it out with Emerson Royal for a starting spot in what remains of the campaign.
Harvey White
It was perhaps a surprise to see White stay at Tottenham in the summer rather than heading out on loan again following his time at Portsmouth.
The midfielder has made an impression in Premier League 2 this campaign but what the 20-year-old really needs is to gain even more experience playing first-team football.
However, Conte may want to keep him to provide cover in central midfield if a number of players, as expected, head out of the door.
Brandon Austin or Alfie Whiteman
Transfer deadline day could potentially see one of Austin or Whiteman depart on loan.
Austin has acted as third-choice goalkeeper behind Hugo Lloris and Pierluigi Gollini this campaign after Whiteman linked up with Swedish side Degerfors back in August.
Another loan move could be on the cards for one of them as there is no need for Spurs to have four goalkeepers.
