Leyton Orient booked a home clash with Manchester City in the FA Cup fourth round by beating Derby 6-5 on penalties after the teams had drawn 1-1 after extra-time at Brisbane Road.
Both teams converted their first five penalties before substitute Zech Obiero became the hero for the hosts when he beat Jacob Widell Zetterstrom from the spot to settle the third round tie, after Callum Elder had seen his spot-kick saved by Orient's Josh Keeley.
