F1: McLaren announce team shake-up after miserable start to 2023 season

McLaren Andrea Stella James Key F1 David Sanchez Oscar Piastri Zak Brown

McLaren announced the departure of technical director James Key on Thursday after the Formula One team failed to score a point in the first two races of the season.

The former F1 champions said they had decided to move away from a single technical director and create an executive team of three reporting directly to principal Andrea Stella.
