The 2023 Formula 1 season has finally run out of tarmac with the drivers and teams speeding towards the ultimate finishing line at the 22nd and final Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi. We already know who the F1 champion is, but Mercedes and Ferrari are still fighting it out for second place in the constructors'.

Unlike 2021, there will be no final day dramas in Abu Dhabi this year. Max Verstappen tied up a third consecutive title weeks ago, with Red Bull the dominant constructors. He's on pole shooting for his record extending 19th win of the season.
It's very easy to argue that Verstappen has enjoyed the most formidable season of any driver in Formula 1 history in 2023. He broke the records for most season wins and consecutive wins (10), has a current G.P. win percentage of 81.82% and, in Las Vegas, drew level with Sebastian Vettel's 53 career wins leaving only Lewis Hamilton (103) and Michael Schumacher (91) ahead of him.
Teammate Sergio Perez and Sir Lewis have all but tied up second and third place in the final standings respectively, which means the battle to look out for this weekend will be for fourth place. Only the matter of a few points separate Carlos Sainz, Fernando Alonso and Lando Norris, with Charles Leclerc's final lap heroics last Sunday giving him the outside chance of nipping in there, too. Starting second on the grid on Sunday won't hurt either.
