Ezra Miller accused of grooming teen starting when she was just 12 years old

The parents of an 18-year-old woman have sought out an order of protection against Ezra Miller, accusing the “Flash” star of grooming and manipulating their daughter since she was just 12 years old.

Attorney and activist Chase Iron Eyes and his pediatrician wife Sara Jumping Eagle, in court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, said Miller, who uses they/them pronouns, has been controlling their daughter, Tokata Iron Eyes, from the moment they met.

The pair initially connected in 2016, when the actor, 23 at the time, visited Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota.

Miller took an “immediate liking” to the girl and started plying her with alcohol and drugs like marijuana, showing a clear “pattern of corrupting a minor,” her parents alleged in documents filed on Tuesday in Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Court.

In 2017, the actor allegedly flew Tokata to London to visit the studio where “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” was filmed. She was 14 and Miller was 25 at the time.

“Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata,” her parents claimed, adding that he displays “cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior.”

The DC movie star also offered to pay for Tokata to attend school early at Bard College at Simon’s Rock in Massachusetts. They “would later use this against Tokata to create a sense of indebtedness,” according to court documents.

Tokata’s parents went on to claim Miller’s presence became such a disruption to her life that she dropped out of school in December. It prompted the mom and dad to take a trip to Vermont in an effort to bring their daughter back home. When they arrived, she was without a driver’s license, bank cards or keys.

Tokata ultimately agreed to return with her parents to North Dakota, where she remained for about three weeks before again running off with Miller. Her parents believe the pair are currently in Hawaii, where the actor has been arrested on multiple occasions, once for an incident at a karaoke bar and another time for second-degree assault.

An Instagram post on Tokata’s account was shared on Wednesday with the hopes of addressing “assumptions made on my behalf by my family and friends regarding my stability and otherwise.”

“I am an adult and I deserve to feel authority over my own body,” the post reads.

“This bout of blatant betrayal and toxicity bought on by my parents and others have chosen to punish me with has been desperately embarrassing and traumatically life-altering. Relationships in my life have become grossly effected, some detrimentally so. This behavior is unacceptable and needs to be called out.”

A hearing has been set to consider the parents’ request next month.
