Ezekiel Elliott’s status for Sunday’s game against the Bears is in question after head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters Wednesday that the Cowboys running back has a sprained right knee.
Elliott told Cowboys reporters that missing Sunday’s game was a “consideration” and will be based on how he feels at the end of the week. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported he was likely to miss the Bears game, considering the Cowboys could rest him during next week’s bye, too.
