Terraced properties sold for an average of £203,480, with detached properties fetching £442,385. Overall, sold prices in Rainford over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2019 peak of £234,477.
Recently sold homes within a mile of the Higher Lane house include another listing on Higher Lane for £435,000 and Meadow View for £419,995. Properties under offer include one of Moss Bank Road listed for £425,000 and Avon Road for £300,000.
