ExxonMobil and SABIC announced on Thursday the successful startup of Gulf Coast Growth Ventures world-scale manufacturing facility in San Patricio County, Texas.

The new facility will produce materials used in packaging, agricultural film, construction materials, clothing, and automotive coolants.
