No fault: Liberals deny tensions as tennis ace departs

A state Liberal leader has moved to dispel claims of disunity within her team after her former tennis star deputy suddenly quit politics.

Sam Groth, the party's deputy leader in Victoria, confirmed on Monday that he will not contest his Mornington Peninsula seat of Nepean at the 2026 state election.
