Married At First Sight UK is close to wrapping up the 2022 series but there's plenty of drama left to come. So far the brides and grooms have opened up at emotional commitment ceremonies and locked horns at intense dinner parties.
The most recent episodes also saw the couples head off for home stays where they asked friends and families for their opinions on their marriages. It didn't go smoothly for everyone, however, with Thomas Hartley's parents telling him to "leave" the experiment following a dinner with Adrian Sanderson. You can read more on this here.
However it looks like there's more drama to come. In a teaser clip for the next episode of MAFS UK, which airs on Wednesday, October 5, the brides and grooms head off in groups for a night out but things quickly turn sour.

In the preview clip a voiceover can be heard saying: "When the couples split for a group night out Thomas doesn't hold back."
As he lifts up a glass of champagne Thomas then says: "Don't come for me," as Sophie Brown appears shocked and April Banbury doesn't know where to look. He then shouts: "You're a liar and you're an adulterer" as the camera pans to Whitney Hughes.
His comments come after Whitney Hughes and Matt Murray returned to the experiment as a couple despite not being expertly matched. Matt was married to wife Gemma Rose while Whitney tied the knot with husband Duka Cav. However neither of the marriages worked out
Gemma's marriage began to struggle when Matt did not enjoy Gemma's sexual jokes and soon the pair argued constantly which often resorted in one of them storming out on the other. Whitney and Duka's marriage did not get off to a good start, either, when she ruined their vows and forgot his name at the wedding.
Whitney and Matt then decided to pursue the feelings they had for one another before asking experts Paul C Brunson, Mel Schilling, and Charlene Douglas if they could stay in the experiment as a couple. Married At First Sight UK continues on E4 at 9pm. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
