Andy Burnham's EU reset 'the same' as Keir Starmer promised, experts warn

ANDY Burnham will approach an upcoming EU summit with the “fundamentals” unchanged, experts have told The National.

The Prime Minister has hailed next month’s meeting as a chance to make progress on “crucial issues” but leading observers have highlighted that Burnham will arrive in Brussels with an agenda mostly set by his predecessor, Keir Starmer.
