An electricity expert has revealed a great way of keeping track of your energy usage in real-time.
As energy bills continue to skyrocket, many households are looking for ways to track their usage in real-time, so they don't get surprised by their bill. Electricity expert Colm Griffin from purchase.ie has shared a simple way you can track your energy usage for just €29.95.
The ENER-J Smart WiFi plug and Energy Monitor connects to an app and can be turned on and off through your phone. It also tells you how much energy is being consumed in real-time.

Colm explained on TikTok: "This basically allows you to use an app to turn on and off your electric appliances. It also monitors the energy consumption of the appliance while it's in use.
"So this can tell you in real-time how much the appliance is costing you. You just download the EnerJ app, set this guy up and against how much you're paying per kilowatt on your energy bill. It's all very straightforward."
