Expert shares crucial ways to keep cool as amber weather warning issued

It is important to stay healthy and hydrated in high temperatures.

Many people in the UK struggle to cope with extreme heat as we are used to rainy days and cool breezes. But the Met Office has issued an amber weather warning for the remainder of the heat as temperatures are set to be scorching.

The weather warning will cover four days from Thursday, August 11, to 11pm on Sunday, August 14, for parts of England and Wales as a new heatwave looms. Across Liverpool temperatures are expected to be as high as 29C.
