Expert picks and predictions for Cardinals-Rams in Week 10

The Arizona Cardinals take on the Los Angeles Rams Sunday afternoon at SoFi Stadium. It is a game of two teams trying to right the ship before it gets too late. The Rams are 3-5 and the Cardinals are 3-6. Both teams have injury issues on the offensive line and their starting quarterbacks are both questionable for the game.

Both teams need a win badly.

Oh, boy. The Rams stink offensively and the Cardinals can get out of their own way. Both teams have major offensive line issues. The Rams also haven’t been good defensively lately, while the Cardinals are now allowing the second-most points in the league. What has happened??????? I want to think the Cardinals can win because it gives them a shot to get into the wild card mix, but nothing about the way they are playing suggests that they will, even against a struggling Rams team. It’s going to be an ugly 20-17 Rams win.

Rams 23, Cardinals 20

I find it very hard to pick the Cardinals to win this game considering they have only beat the Rams once under Kliff Kingsbury. With the way the season appears to be headed and the uncertainty of Kyler Murray’s availability, there just isn’t much optimism to pick the Cards to win this one. The interior offensive line is in shambles and must now block the likes of Aaron Donald, while the overall injury report looks like a grocery list. Budda Baker and Byron Murphy are questionable to play, which does not bode well for their chances of slowing down Cooper Kupp.

Cam DaSilva, Rams Wire

Rams 21, Cardinals 20

With Stafford and Murray both questionable, it’s hard to say what these teams will look like. I think Murray has a better chance to play than Stafford, given the cautious approach taken with concussions, so that gives the Cardinals a little bit of an edge. But even if Stafford is out, we’ve seen John Wolford beat the Cardinals before. It’ll take a dominant defensive effort, but I think the Rams come out in a close one.

Bob McManaman

Rams 26, Cardinals 20

It think the Cardinals are going to lose. I want to believe that they are getting closer, but we’re running out of time.

Jose Romero, AZCentral Sports

Cardinals win by 6

I say that it’s not a bad idea to rest Kyler Murray but I think he should play and I think that he does play. I think he take them to a win.

Kent Somers, AZCentral Sports

Cardinals 24, Rams 21

I think I’m going to go with the Cardinals because it looks like John Wolford is going to start, not that I’m an anti-John Wolford guy. I’ve seen him beat this team before and play pretty well doing it.

I think the Cardinals win this one. I think they’ll do enough defensively against a struggling offense.
