MANALI: Himachal Pradesh chief minister Jai Ram Thakur on Friday inspected the construction work of his dream project Shiv Dham in Mandi and directed officials to expedite the works to meet the deadline to complete the first phase of the project in the next two months.
The Shiv Dham is being constructed at Kangani Dhar near Mandi town at an estimated cost of Rs 150 crore. The CM said efforts should be made to complete the construction and inaugurate it by end of August. As much as Rs 40 crore will be spent on the project in the first phase. The CM said the work of the second phase of Shiv Dham would be started after completing all the formalities.
