An exciting new restaurant and cocktail bar is set to open in the Merchant City this week.
Table Twenty Eight will feature a contemporary Scottish menu and a top selection of cocktails and is set to open at the site of the old Fanelli's in Merchant Square.
The team behind the exciting new project have confirmed it is set to open on Friday, July 7.
Promising the best Scotland has to offer from the "land, farms and seas", head chef, Madhav Kharwar, will be taking the helm in the kitchen, bringing this considerable expertise to create an innovative and exciting menu including the likes of 72 hour miso-marinated cod, 45 day-aged steaks and the signature Table Twenty Eight burger.

There will be an extensive wine list including orange wines, Bon Jovi's Hampton Water Rose and vintage champagnes, as well as a 'grown-up' range of cocktails using only fresh ingredients and top-quality spirits.
The thrilling new bar and restaurant is already taking bookings which you can access via their website ahead of their opening this Friday (July 7).
Speaking about the exciting new launch, general manager Jeff Gaffin said: "We are really excited to get going. We aim to provide some of the best food you will find in the city in a relaxed setting.
"We want people to be able to get comfortable and enjoy themselves but with immense scran and the best wine and cocktails. Our incredible team will make you feel right at home. This is hospitality done right."
