Examine rival claims on Dadri power: Delhi high court

NEW DELHI: The Delhi high court on Wednesday asked the Centre to consider the rival claims of Delhi and Haryana on allocation of power generated by the Dadri-II thermal plant and take a decision.

The court extended its stay on the Centre’s decision to re-allocate power from the station from Delhi to Haryana and said it will remain in place till the power ministry takes a final decision while safeguarding the interests of the national capital and its neighbour.
