A yellow weather warning is in place for part of the UK as thunderstorms are expected.
The Met Office issued a yellow warning for heavy showers and thunderstorms for Saturday July 8. It's a stark change after yesterday's sunshine and warm temperatures.
The yellow weather warning is in place from 9am to 11.59pm as people are being urged to be aware of potential flooding and travel disruption. Despite the storm warning, temperatures are expected to remain fairly warm with highs of 23C.

But when will the thunderstorm hit Merseyside? The Met Office has predicted it will likely rain as we head into the afternoon, with the storms expected around 3pm.
There will be some dry spells in the late afternoon, interrupted by bouts of heavy rain and showers. For today, the Met Office predicts: "Cloud will gradually build from the southwest with showers developing from mid-morning.
"Showers will intensifying through the day with thunderstorms, torrential downpours, gusty winds and hail possible. Feeling warm and humid. Maximum temperature 25C."
Tonight, heavy showers and thunderstorms will likely continue before clearing as we head into the evening. No weather warning is in place for Merseyside on Sunday, but more rain can be expected.
Earlier this morning, the Met Office Tweeted: "Heavy showers and thunderstorms are already developing across parts of the UK this morning."

3pm - Thunderstorms are expected with 70% chance of rain. Temperatures remain at 21C
4pm - Rain will likely continue as temperatures drop to 18C, feeling like 17C
5pm - A short interval from the rain fall early evening as temperatures remain at 18C
6pm - More rain is expected again with temperatures at 18C
7pm - The rain will likely continue but we could also see some sunny spells. Temperature at 17C
8pm - A cloudy evening as the rain could stop for a short while, temperatures at 17C
9pm - We will likely see more rain this evening as temperatures remain at 17C
