Former Tottenham midfielder Jamie Redknapp has asked why can't his old club sign Declan Rice.
West Ham United's captain is highly sought after, with Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United all among the clubs likely to attempt to sign the midfielder this summer.
David Moyes has slapped a £100million price tag on the England international who has two years remaining on his Hammers contract with the club keen to keep him.

Despite that, a bidding war is set to start once the season finishes and Redknapp has thrown another team in the mix.
Speaking on Sunday as Spurs lost 4-3 to Liverpool, the ex-Reds and England international said Tottenham should be looking at a player of Rice's calibre before admitting that he didn't think it would happen.
“Declan Rice. Arsenal are in the mix. Why can’t Spurs be in the mix? That’s the sort of level of player Tottenham need to be after right now but I don’t think that will happen,” Redknapp said on Sky Sports.
