Former Rangers and Hearts star Ian Black has been banned from the road for drink-driving.
The midfielder was spotted driving a van after consuming alcohol at Dewartown, near Gorebridge in Midlothian.
Black, who also played for Inverness Caley Thistle, Shrewsbury and Blackpool, was stopped by police and found to have 33mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 22mg.
The 37-year-old appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court to plead guilty to the offence which took place on February 21.
Black, from Tranent, East Lothian, also had a not guilty plea accepted to driving the vehicle with no valid MOT. Black was fined £295 and banned from driving for 12 months.
