She shares her children with her footballer fiancé Grant Hall.

After giving birth, Chloe opened up about her "complicated" labour. She experience an operation gone wrong and a traumatic C-section to see the safe delivery of her second child.

The mum-of-two's ordeal began just a few months into her pregnancy when she began to develop chronic pain symptoms and was "wetting herself constantly" due to a previous medical procedure, which saw her have part of her cervix removed.

She then had a cervical stitch throughout her pregnancy, to help keep her unborn baby in the uterus – but the stitch was accidentally attached to her bladder, leaving the then-pregnant star in pain and suffering from bladder weakness.

Chloe said the pain was "unimaginable" as her pregnancy continued but she refused to have the stitch removed as she wanted to keep hold of her unborn son at "any cost" and tried to push the C-section as long as she could.

At 35 weeks, Chloe was told she was risking her life and on 2 February 2002, Hudson Christopher Sean-Terry Hall was born.

However, before the birth Chloe opted to make a will. She said: "When I was in hospital, I realised if it all went wrong, I have to make sure he gets all my money. Grant's already got stuff in place."
