An ex-London councillor and aide to Health Secretary Wes Streeting has been spared jail after admitting two counts of indecent exposure.

Samuel Gould, 33, was sentenced to 22 weeks' imprisonment, suspended for two years at Barkingside Magistrates' Court on Monday after exposing himself to a teenage girl and following her.
