Ex Formula 1 chefs bringing popular food outlet to Merseyside

Two chefs who met on the Formula 1 circuit are opening a new food outlet in Merseyside.

Keith Taylor and James Prescott met when working on the Formula 1 racing circuit, catering for the team and guests. Last year, they teamed up to open ‘Kaizen’, a sushi outlet at the popular Cedar Farm in West Lancashire.

The outlet has attracted a growing number of followers and now the pair are launching a new sushi outlet at Southport Market this summer. They are currently advertising for full and part-time staff, and inviting people to join them for an open day on Wednesday, June 15.
