Ex-Bolton Wanderers loanee & Huddersfield Town defender eyed by Rangers given transfer price tag

Wanderers Bolton Wanderers Rangers Huddersfield Huddersfield Town Ben Jackson Gary Cahill

Former Bolton Wanderers loanee Ben Jackson is reportedly in the sights of Scottish giants Rangers in the upcoming January transfer window but will cost £1.5m.

The 21-year-old spent the second half of the 2020/21 season on loan at Wanderers from Championship side Huddersfield Town. He went on to make five appearances for the club in that time.

He scored a vital winner in the 1-0 victory away to Morecambe in April 2021, which helped keep Wanderers in the hunt for automatic promotion that season. The Whites later sealed a return to League One at the first time of asking with a top three finish.
