Former Bolton Wanderers defender Harry Brockbank has made a surprise departure from American side El Paso Locomotive just months after moving there.
The 23-year-old made the switch to the US outfit after his time at Wanderers came to a conclusion in January. His contract at the University of Bolton Stadium which was due to run until 2023 was cut short.
Brockbank has made a total of 37 appearances for Wanderers in all competitions. He made his Wanderers debut in April 2019 against Aston Villa during the club's most recent season in the Championship.

He has found regular game time hard to come by this season at his boyhood club having made only seven appearances in all competitions after falling down the pecking order in the back four. He subsequently made an exit in January and joined El Paso.

But it has now been confirmed that Brockbank has departed the US side by mutual consent. Brockbank is now a free agent and his now former club has wished him well for the future.
A statement on the club's website read: "El Paso Locomotive FC and Harry Brockbank have mutually agreed to part ways, the Club announced today. The Club wishes Harry the best in his future endeavors.
"Brockbank, 23, made 11 appearances for El Paso, nine of which were starts."
