This CCTV footage captures the moment a furious customer demanded an Easter egg refund after forgetting to collect their order.

Jayne Harrison was on the till at Little Blonde Bakes, in Bury, Greater Manchester, when the woman phoned to call for her money back on April 13.

The angry customer arrived to the shop after Jayne said she wouldn't continue to tolerate her rudeness by phone but would speak to her in person at the shop on Sunnybank Road.
