Some of the biggest names in electronic music will star at a new festival in Bristol this week. On Friday and Saturday, the new music event series Siren will set the tone for the soundtrack of the summer.
English electronic music duo Groove Armada will take to the stage at Lloyd’s Amphitheatre on Friday as part of their last-ever live UK tour to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their musical debut, alongside former Fun Lovin’ Criminals frontman Huey Morgan.

Music ensemble Hybrid Minds are due to headline the main stage, followed by DJ and record producer High Contrast’s highly-anticipated 20-year anniversary set. Alongside a star-filled musical line-up, the festival will have a range of food and drink on offer.
From Bedminster’s Bristol Beer Factory that is supplying its craft beers to vegan eatery Beetbox, food suppliers across the UK will be heading down to the event. Other options include Spice is Right, which will be serving its famed chicken tikka and proper dhesi homemade dishes, as well as Burger Bear’s juicy dirty burgers and fries.
Co-founder of Siren Tom Hoyle said: “We are so thrilled to be supporting a vast selection of food and drink providers from the get-go of our brand new music event series. Bristol is a city thrumming with life, with an eclectic hospitality and music scene. That’s why it’s so important to us to celebrate the launch of Siren with a selection of food and drink providers that we think are the very best.”
