Here's everything we know so far about the film:

Who is in the It Ends With Us film?

Blake Lively has been confirmed to star as Lily Bloom in the film, the main character of the books. Colleen Hoover said in an emotional video on her Instagram that Blake is her "dream Lily", but some fans aren't convinced, as in the book Lily is supposed to be fresh out of college, and Blake Lively is 35.

Justin Baldoni (from Jane the Virgin) has been cast as Lily’s partner Ryle Kincaid. Justin is also set to the direct the film.

Brandon Sklenar, best known for his role in 1923, will play Atlas and Jenny Slate is set to play Alyssa.

What is the It Ends With Us film about?

The film is set to closely follow the events of the book, so we can expect to see Lily moving to Boston after finishing college, but still haunted by her past. In Boston, she meets and falls for neurosurgeon Ryle, but as cracks start to appear in their relationship, she finds herself dwelling on her first love, Atlas, who she learns also now lives in Boston.
