Everyone loves Sadio Mane as Alisson Becker treated harshly in Liverpool's win over Leeds United

Liverpool have narrowed the gap on Premier League leaders Manchester City after their victory over Leeds United.

The Reds claimed a 6-0 win over Leeds on Wednesday night to move three points behind Man City in the league table.

Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane both scored a brace each, while Joel Matip and Virgil van Dijk also got on the scoresheet.

Ian Doyle performed his usual post-match duties by providing you with his player ratings from Wednesday’s match at Anfield.

Four players were handed scores of 8 - Salah, Luis Diaz, Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip.

Every other player utilised by Jurgen Klopp for at least 20 minutes on the night was handed a score of 7.

Only Divock Origi and James Milner were not handed a score due to not being on the pitch long enough.

We at the ECHO also gave you, the readers, the chance to give you your own personal ratings from Liverpool’s win.

Unsurprisingly, Salah averaged the highest score of 8.8 with Matip second on the list with an average score of 8.5.

Mane and Van Dijk both averaged scores of 8.3, ahead of Thiago and Diaz who averaged 8.

Salah is second with an average of 8.94, followed by Jones with an 8.55 and Andy Robertson with 8.39.
