Javi, in all honesty a terrible result and performance. On the game itself you tried a different tactic, what was your idea going into the game?
We try to change the dynamic we were coming from some performances where we didn't compete at the same level that I thought we could do it. We change the shape knowing in this case, we were playing against Bournemouth, a side when they are attacking they are attacking with 3-4-2-1 and when they are defending, sometimes they are defending in 4-4-2 something like that. And then we try to find a better balance with the players that were fit. We lost Luis Sinisterra in the last game and then I think it was a good chance to see other players to see compete in other players and that was my idea.
Something's got to change quickly otherwise they're going to change you. What can you do now?
We try to insist in the things I think we have we need to improve. Of course if we concede the mistakes we are considering in all the games is difficult to compete well and to get the result that we need. We have to be more consistent in defending, attacking, more aggressive if we don't do that, it will be difficult to get the points we need.

It's about instilling belief into the players I suppose but at the moment the club's heading towards the Championship. Just what can you do in your experience to change this now to turn this around, because I imagine you've not been in this position?
You know, I don't like to speak much about our situation on the table or that but in this moment, we are not in relegation [zone] and of course we have now tough games and we have to work to be ready for that. We need to keep our mentality, try to believe that we can do it and above all, try to work hard these next days and try to prepared next game is the only way that I know to improve the situation. When I arrived the situation was even worse and now of course the last results are tough for all of us but we have to change the dynamic and we have four games to do it.
Do you think the management will trust you to do that now?
If I'm here, I suppose, I suppose that.
Do you have anything to say to fans tonight?
We've spoken in the last games about that is hard for them. It's hard for the situation that we are living in this moment. I think they prefer to see the team playing better winning games than listening to me.
Do you feel let down by individual performances and mistakes?
I think we are a young team. And young players many times need this process to make mistakes to learn from them. But is something in this moment is hard to accept. I believe in my players from the beginning until the end.
Do you feel like this team as the character to survive in a relegation battle?
You need character, you need values but I think my players have them in these games in the last games from the halftime against Palace, everything changed and changed and then we have to find a way to recover our level and we have to do it as soon as possible. Because there are only four games left.
We've seen collapses against Arsenal, Palace, Liverpool and now today. Conceding that many goals and collapsing in such a manner, how much of a concern is that?
Of course we need to improve all the things you say. But in my opinion, the games all these games, you said are different some of them with better performances or part of them good performances in other we didn't play in our level. But of course the results are not the results we expected and we need to work on that and try to improve.
Do you think it can change because it doesn't look like it's going to change?
Yeah we try. This is only way to try to change is to work and to believe in the players we have.
What can you actually do differently though, what can you alter?
I have to try to help my players to play better to find a way to be better defending, better attacking is my job. I have to try to help them in another way, in a better way. It is my job and I have to try to do it.
You've talked before about how important the fans are and you're obviously very angry today. What do you have to do in the next game to just get them back on the side?
I think Leeds supporters always are with the team, is what they feel from my arrival. Of course they prefer to be in another situation like all of us, but in this moment I think they expect to see the team play better and winning than listen in many, many words.
I mean, late in the game they were singing the players to weren’t fit to wear the shirts. I mean, you know how powerful that crowd can be when they're on side. It's important that they stay with the team, isn’t it?
Yeah, but in this moment I don't find the words for our supporters.
