Son took the players out for Korean BBQ beef last night for dinner, did you enjoy it?
As you say, yesterday we had a team dinner. Sonny was very happy to invite the whole team and together we had a very good moment. We had a Korean BBQ, trying different meat and especially some beef. On the side there were lots of dishes with vegetables and rice.
The most important part of it is the moment is that we share. It's good sometimes to have a moment for the players, especially during this time. I think we do as much as possible to be available for the sponsors, for the fans and also we've been very focused on the tough sessions so it was a moment to switch off for a bit. Obviously then today we started with the hard work.

You've been at the club for almost 10 years now, is this the strongest squad you've been a part of and the one that finally gets you that silverware you deserve?
Like you said, it's going to be 10 years at the end of August. It's still very exciting and I'm looking forward to the new season. You can see I think the club have tried to put the players, Antonio and the staff in the best position they would like to get to, to strengthen the squad.
Obviously to be back in the Champions League, we are all looking forward to this. Also we want to be even more competitive than last year, in all the competitions we're engaged in. I think we are going to start the season with a lot of ambition, but also a lot of humility and respect. The priority at the moment is to be focused on the preparation. We know how important it is to be condition for a high level of football so we're trying to be as fit as possible and there is a lot of excitement for the coming season.
You've been on tours all around the world, is there anything in particular you'll remember from this one?
We get used to it, in modern football especially, I would say that we are so pleased, especially after the Covid times to be back in Asia, in South Korea, the country of Sonny.
We try to be as available as possible for the fans, the sponsors. I think the organisation is top. The conditions are perfect for us because we can meet between the commercial facilities but also the pitches, the grass is quite good. Even if we suffer a little bit with the weather, we try to be in the best possible condition to work and have a good feeling.
What do you think can be improved through this pre-season from the last game?
At the moment, when we look at the last game or we look at the next game, there is no big change, compared to last season. I think what is most important is what we did last season in those eight months with Antonio Conte and his coaching staff.
It's going to help the team to be stronger next season by continuing that work, but everything is related to teamwork. If you want to be strong everyone is going to have to help the team succeed.
It depends on teamwork. When the team works as well as it did, the talented players are going to appear and they are going to make the difference.
Can you tell the Tottenham fans what they can expect from Clement Lenglet?
About Clement, I'm really happy. Obviously I would have preferred him to be here with the team but it was not to be and he is working very hard to make sure he is going to be ready to work with the team soon.
You know he's the kind of player who is going to help the team, obviously with his experience, having played in a club like Barcelona and also his experience with the national team, even if the last few times he was not called, I think he has the ambition to get back in the national team.
As a player I think he's a modern defender, comfortable to be able to play from the back, he has a great left foot and he can be very strong in one vs one and he's strong in the air. Even if it's never easy when you arrive in the Premier League and he will have to adapt to the intensity of the games but he is a high level player.
Also I'm even more happy because I have a good connection with him and also a great relationship with him. He has a great personality and he will adapt well to the team.
