MasterChef Australia 2026 is officially back, with 40 cooks vying for a white apron and an official spot in the comp. Here’s everyone who’s clocked a white apron so far on MasterChef Australia 2026.
This article contains MasterChef Australia 2026 spoilers. You’ve been warned.
It’s that time of the year when we get to glue ourselves to the couch and watch a bunch of home cooks serve up some delectable dishes you wish you could grab through the screen.
Like, there have been MULTIPLE dishes where I’ve morphed into that A Current Affair dog barking man because some of those meals look so magnifique.
Anyways, unlike last year, which saw a bunch of MasterChef Australia faves return to the kitchen, 2026 invites a bunch of homecooks to fight for a white apron — AKA an official spot in the competition.

So, without further ado, here’s who won a white apron so far.
Who has won a white apron on MasterChef Australia 2026 so far?
Pedro

After the Hibachi did him dirty in round one, Pedro was able to nab a white apron.
Grace

After being the first to serve up her show-stopping dish, Grace was able to nab a white apron.

After teleporting Jean-Christophe Novelli back to France, Lucy nabbed a white apron.
Luke

Making us all proud at home, Luke managed to pull an apron in the final round.
Dot

The last home cook to get an apron in episode two was Dot!
Belinda

In an emotional win, Belina was able to nab a white apron in the second episode.
Bella

Bella was one of ten home cooks from episode two to win an apron in the first cook challenge!
Min

After an absolutely delectable salted egg, prawn pastry dish, Min was awarded a white apron.
Aliana

Following Hannah was Aliana!
Hannah

The first person to nab an apron during the official selection process in episode two was Hannah, who served a charred octopus, titled “Octopus’ Garden”.
Vinnie

After taking a risk by cooking up a sanga, Vinnie managed to nab an apron before the official selection process.
Kanika

Kanika celebrated her white apron win with the most iconic dance ever!
Emily

Serving up a beautiful, herbal wonton soup, Emily was handed a white apron in episode two.
Pat

Kicking off the apron festivities in episode two, Pat was handed the first apron of the night after wowing our judges with his dream dish.
Lydia

The first winner of a white apron was Lydia. Initially, she was worried that her octopus was undercooked, but like the diva she is, she served up a dish so divine that she got the apron on the spot.
Olaolu

Bringing Nigerian culture to Australian screens in his first cooking challenge, Olalou wowed the judges (and me as a tripe girly) with his ofada stew. On the spot, Olalou was handed a white apron.
Jackie

After impressing the judges and the cake queen, Poh Ling Yeow, Jackie was handed a white apron for her delectable chiffon cake.
Jeff

After slaying the comp with mala chicken and prawn dumplings paired with a vinegar soy dressing, Jeff was rightfully handed a white apron on the spot.
Alita

After tasting all the dishes — with four aprons already handed out — Alita was the next one to grab an apron!
Jack

After wowing great hunk of MasterChef Australia spunk Jean-Christophe Novelli with his squid ink noodles, Jack was awarded an apron in the end.
Annabelle

Although her dish was quite simple, Annabelle landed herself a white apron for delivering in the taste, technique and presentation departments!
Casper

Alongside our other winners, Casper also got a white apron after all the other dishes were tasted.
Meg

Alongside Casper, Meg also managed to nab a brand spanking new white apron for MasterChef Australia 2026.
Aaron

Our last home cook to clock a white apron on Monday night was Aaron, who was inspired by his girlfriend to appear on the show!
Although a couple of the folks didn’t get an apron tonight, they were NOT eliminated. More white aprons will be handed out later in the week.
