Every Edinburgh Wetherspoon pub ranked on Tripadvisor as restrictions set to ease

On Tuesday, Nicola Sturgeon announced that the remaining Omicron restrictions that were brought into effect on Boxing Day will be dropped from January 24.

This means that, starting next Monday, nightclubs will reopen and large-scale indoor events will be allowed to take place.

Additionally, the requirement for table service in hospitality venues will be dropped and one metre social distancing will no longer be enforced.

This means that heading out for a drink will soon be a significantly more straightforward endeavour, and people across the country will likely be celebrating on Monday with a trip to the pub.

Given the large number of Wetherspoons locations around Edinburgh, they will likely be popular choices amongst those looking to mark the end of restrictions with a pint and a meal.

But which of the chain's pubs in the capital comes out on top?
