Every Christmas light switch-on in Edinburgh as the capital kicks off the festivities

Edinburgh is getting itself ready for the festive season, as the City of Edinburgh Council announces the dates for all the Christmas light switch-ons across the capital.

The council has posted their official light switch-on list on their website, to inform people when the events will take place.

Read on below to find out where your nearest Christmas light switch-on is, and how you can get involved.
