There are eight full-blown romance options in Baldur's Gate 3 to pick from if you're jumping into Larian's D&D-based roleplaying game, and a few extra one-night stands to discover, if that's more your thing. Don't worry, you're free to pursue all of these romance options, no matter what gender your Tav is.
