Coventry City are bracing themselves for a "wave of bids" for striker Viktor Gyokeres, it has been reported. Everton, Crystal Palace, Brentford, Leeds and Leicester are all monitoring the 24-year-old, according to 90min. The Blues have been linked with the Swedish forward repeatedly in recent months.
Gyokeres has 18 goals in the Championship for the Sky Blues this season and eight assists for good measure.

Everton could face stiff competition for the signature of Atalanta forward Duvan Zapata this summer, from the Middle East.
According to Il Giorno, the Blues are lining up a £13.1million bid for the 31-year-old at the end of the season, but the Sunday Mirror is now suggesting that top clubs in Saudi Arabia have been alerted to his possible availability. The report claims that Everton have been kept up to day on Zapata's situation by his Serie A side, following a failed bid in January.

Everton a considering a bid for Palmeiras winger Giovani according to ESPN (as per Shields Gazette). But they could face competition from Eddie Howe's Newcastle United.
The report claims that both the Blues and Nottingham Forest have shown an interest in the Brazil Under-20 international, with Palmeiras said to be likely to accept offers in excess of £13million despite having a release clause of £52million in his current contract, that runs until 2026.

Everton are reportedly in the mix to sign another Atalanta striker in the summer, but this time it's Rasmus Hojlund. That's according to Italian outlet Tutto Atalanta.
Hojlund hit the headlines this week after scoring a hat-trick for Denmark against Finland on his first international senior start. Both Newcastle and Arsenal are also said to be interested in the 20-year-old, who is expected to cast around £35-40million, to be prized away from Serie A.
