Despite continuing their preparations for the new Premier League season across the Atlantic in the United States, Everton have shown no signs of letting their long distance affect their hopes of bolstering the ranks at Goodison Park as Frank Lampard eyes up a host of new players.
Following the departure of star striker Richarlison earlier this month, the Blues are looking to bring attacking reinforcements to Goodison Park before the end of the transfer window.

Who?
Maxwel Cornet
Where?
What?
Burnley manager Vincent Kompany has issued an update on Maxwel Cornet's future at Turf Moor amid recent speculation linking him with a move to Premier League sides, including Everton.
The Ivorian joined the Clarets last summer and impressed during his debut season in English football as he fired nine goals in 26 games. However, following Burnley's relegation to the Championship, the forward has been linked away with a move from Turf Moor and his manager has admitted the Clarets have started to prepare for life without their forward.
Speaking after the pre-season game against Shrewsbury on Friday night, Kompany said : "I don't know close it is, it is no secret there is a couple of clubs in for him and a couple of clubs have made good offers.
"We have to prepare probably for a period after him and that is what we are doing. I am not saying Maxwel has gone, he has offers."
It remains to be seen whether the Blues will make an official move for the forward, who seems likely to be left out of the Clarets' pre-season tour of Portugal, in the near future.

The Athletic is reporting that former Manchester United forward Jesse Lingard has set a deadline of next Friday (July 22) to decide on his new club ahead of the new Premier League season.
Lingard ended his affiliation at United, which stretched over two decades, at the end of last month when he departed Old Trafford as a free agent and has since had plenty of offers, which he is currently mulling over.
The Athletic report that Everton, West Ham and an unnamed team from Saudi Arabia are all interested in signing the 29-year-old, who will decide his future by the end of next week at the latest.

West Ham have reportedly lodged an offer in the region of £32m for Lille midfielder Amadou Onana, who has been linked with a move to Everton this summer.
The 20-year-old has been dubbed in some reports as the new Idrissa Gueye and it had been said that Lampard was looking to add him to his ranks at Goodison Park in order to bolster the midfield options.
It was reported at the start of the month that West Ham had a bid in the region of £19m rejected for the midfielder, but Lille are said to be seriously considering the Hammers' latest proposal.
