David Moyes is reportedly looking to inject fresh energy into the Everton frontline this summer.
According to a report from SportSport.ba in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Merseyside club have identified the 21-year-old Bosnian international as a transfer target on the back of his development in the Eredivisie and on the international stage.
Bajraktarevic, who made the switch from MLS outfit New England Revolution to PSV in early 2025, has shown glimpses of what he's capable of in the Netherlands with the back-to-back-to-back Eredivisie champions.
Everton reportedly want future World Cup star

During the current 2025/26 campaign, the 21-year-old left-footer has established himself as a versatile threat, contributing five goals and two assists across all competitions.
His ability to impact games from the right flank has reportedly caught the eye of Everton scouts, who are said to have been tracking him throughout Bosnia’s recent World Cup qualifying campaign.
Interest from the Hill Dickinson Stadium comes at a time when Everton are considering reinforcements in wide areas.
With other targets like Harry Wilson also on the radar, Bajraktarevic represents a younger, potentially higher-upside alternative that could complement fellow attacker Thierno Barry.
However, a deal for the Bosnian won't come cheap. Having signed a contract with PSV until 2029, the Dutch giants are under no pressure to sell.
Bajraktarevic’s current market value according to Transfermarkt is €5 million (£4.35m) but could surge north of that if he has a strong World Cup. The US-born winger scored the decisive spot-kick in the play-off penalty shootout against Italy during March that helped secure Bosnia's place at the 2026 World Cup.
For Everton, signing Bajraktarevic would represent shrewd squad building as they look to cultivate a group capable of competing for European places next season.
