Swansea City's new head coach Michael Duff can now firmly get down to work after he and his side returned from a fruitful week-long training camp in Spain.
The last 10 days will have been a whirlwind for the Northern Irishman, who had just a day at Fairwood with his new players before they jetted off to the sunnier climes on the continent.
Duff, Andy Coleman and Paul Watson will be busy on the recruitment front this summer, with chairman Coleman revealing there is money to spend and Watson putting some meat on the bones in a radio interview on Friday night.

“Certainly in this window we will be bringing players in,” Watson said. “There are key positions we want to recruit and we’re working hard on that right now. There is money to invest. How much is depending on where we see the squad transitioning to."
Plenty of names have been linked so far this summer, with a few targets likely to have been players identified under the old regime. We have collated a list of players who have been reported to be on Swansea's radar.
Josh Ginnelly
This one is a done deal. The attacker will join on a free transfer from Hearts. Confirming the deal, Duff said: “Martyn Margetson is due in as goalkeeping coach on Monday and [Hearts striker] Josh Ginnelly will be in the building having a medical as well.
“I knew Josh when he was a youngster at Burnley and all being well he will be good value and offer us something different. He likes to get in behind defences and he’s got real fire."
Ellis Simms
The Everton forward has a number of admirers, including Swansea, Ipswich Town and Coventry City.
He had an impressive spell at Sunderland before the Toffees recalled him midway through last season. He was rumoured to be in Swansea last week and it appears Sean Dyche is willing to cash in on the striker. Paul Joyce, football writer for The Times, says the 22-year-old is valued at between £7million and £10million - so something will have to give there.
Interestingly Duff declined to comment on rumours linking Swansea with Simms at his official unveiling on Saturday.
Josh Key
The Exeter City right-back is out of contract and is of serious interest to Swansea. Reports elsewhere have stated that Swansea have had two bids knocked back by the Grecians.
As Key is under 24, the League Two club would be due a fee. Swansea are believed to be prepared to go to a tribunal to clinch the full-back.
West Bromwich Albion and Plymouth Argyle have also been mentioned as possible suitors this summer.
Lewis Fiorini
A new link which emerged over the weekend. The Manchester City youngster spent last season on loan with Blackpool and has represented Scotland at under-21 level.
Bristol City and Reading are also said to be chasing him - with Swansea said to have already made a move to bring in the midfielder.
Fiorini has been with the Premier League champions for the past 10 years and is contracted until 2026.
Bailey Peacock-Farrell
Swansea will certainly be in the market for a goalkeeper this summer, with Steven Benda still recovering from injury and Andreas Sondergaard having left.
Burnley back-up stopper Peacock-Farrell is said to be available for loan following the Clarets' promotion to the Premier League. he also turned out for Leeds United over four seasons. One to watch.
Max Johnston
Teenage right-back Max Johnston is attracting interest from Championship clubs after a number of impressive displays for Motherwell.
Sky Sports have linked Swansea, Norwich City and Stoke City with the 18-year-old; indeed, they state all have made offers for him. Motherwell have offered him a new contract - his current deal has expired - so this is one to keep an eye on too.
Bryan Reynolds
A rumour that appears to have gone cold in recent weeks, possibly because of Russell Martin's departure. The US international, who plays for Roma but spent last season on loan Belgium side Westerlo, is valued by his club at around £7million. One to scratch off the list.
George Bello
It has been reported that Swansea were "in talks" to sign another US international, George Bello. The left-back currently plies his trade in Germany with third-tier Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefeld. Watford were also said to be keen.
He once cost £1.8million but a clause in his contract could see him leave Germany for free this summer. This one has been played down by club insiders.
Zak Swanson
Swansea have reportedly been keeping tabs on former Arsenal man Zak Swanson.
The 22-year-old has caught the attention of the Swans and Championship rivals Coventry City, having impressed for Portsmouth last season. Swanson made 25 appearances for Pompey in all competitions last term, netting two goals and chipping in with an assist.
Swansea are certainly looking to recruit in the full-back department this summer, with Joel Latibeaudiere and Ryan Manning now both gone from SA1.
Tom Cannon
Another Everton striker Swansea have been credited in having interest in. Cannon has just finished a loan spell with Championship side Preston North End, where he scored eight goals and registered one assist in 21 appearances in all competitions.
This one might be tricky to seal, as it appears the 20-year-old wants to stake his claim at Goodison Park next season. "I want to come back for pre-season, impress the manager and hopefully show him what I can do, and then get myself in the squad," Cannon told the club's official website.
"Scoring goals with the under-21s is different from men’s football. Now I’ve gone out to the Championship and scored, hopefully the manager has seen that."
Tom Bloxham
Back in May Swansea were said to be tracking Shrewsbury Town striker Tom Bloxham.
The 19-year-old made 27 appearances in League One last term and is said to be highly-rated by those with the Shrews. Blackburn Rovers and Rotherham United were also said to be interested.
Kellen Fisher
The 'next Jamie Vardy' was said to be on Swansea's radar earlier this year. Bromley's 18-year-old Kellen Fisher, who plays at right-back, has attracted admiring glances from Premier League duo Brentford and Wolves.
But this one is definitely not happening - he's recently signed for Championship rivals Norwich City.
