It is a significant day in the history of Everton FC - the club's designs for a proposed new stadium at Bramley-Moore dock have finally been revealed.
Supporters have been waiting for their first glimpse at these images for a long time and the evening of Thursday 25 July was when that finally came to an end.
Dan Meis stood in front of a room full of a select group of Evertonians at the Titanic Hotel and proudly showed off his images of a new waterfront home for the Blues.
And our podcast panel of Phil Kirkbride, Dave Prentice and Adam Jones were all delighted with what they saw.
